Our term-time after school clubs are always popular......oodles of fun crafts and baking, art and making. School buses drop off at Craft Club or, by arrangement, we can often provide transport. Two hours of productive, educational FUN creativity with home-made nutritious snack halfway through to sustain us! Message us to reserve your place or go on our waiting list.

Tuesdays, 3-5pm  Mini Crafters                              

age 5-7, $100 per 4 weeks, Term 1, Sept - Dec

 

Little people just love to make stuff....and, with the right support and encouragement, they will amaze you with their creations.....home-baked cookies in a hand-made basket, a lovingly stitched felt toy, printed cards and gift wrap, and trying out some cool kitchen science along the way. Who wants to make sparkly gloop and glow in the dark slime?

Wednesdays, 3-5pm  Junior Craft Club

age 8 - 11, $100 per 4 weeks, Term 1, Sept - Dec

Fun afternoons of full-on crafting......bake an upside down cake, make a bird house, design a miniature book, invent a casserole, stitch a soft toy. Something new to discover every week to unleash creativity and build confidence. Cooking and baking every two weeks, a range of crafts every term.

 

Thursdays, 3.05-5.05pm  Intermediate Cooking and Crafting                

age Grade 6 and above, $100 per 4 weeks, Term 1, Sept-Dec

 

Cooking and all kinds of crafts can be tried at this club, for a real taster of the creative world. Bake a Swiss Roll, make a chicken pot pie from scratch, design your own picture cookies and, along the way, learn culinary techniques and precision that will give you the confidence to tackle anything you fancy.

Try your hand at stencilling, machine sewing, watercolours, abstract embroidery, pyrography and much much more. Learn about the necessary planning stages for any design work and how to turn your design into success, whatever the medium.

Saturday Sewing (2 'blocks' of 3 per term), 10am - 12.30pm. 2017 dates TBC

age 8-13, $100 per block - includes ALL fabric and required materials

 

The ideal session for early stitchers to really develop their skills. each block of 3 sessions is a whole project.....you will be amazed at what can be made and learnt in these fun-filled hours. 

This is the perfect age to learn about the sewing machine and to discover the basics of hand and machine sewing. Such pride and confidence are to be found in making something yourself and this is the place to do it! Learn to read a pattern, stitch and finish seams, make an elastic channel waist... and make something you love!
